Rates and Reservations

The four bedroom, three and one half bath house rents per week (USD) for

•  Year round rental rate is $5500 per week.
•  March rental rate is $6000 per week.
•  Christmas and New Years rental rate is $6000 per week (minimum two week rental).

A 40% deposit is due upon booking your stay with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. There is a $500 security deposit per week.

Check in (3:00PM) / Check out (11:00AM): If you are unable to leave by 11:00AM, please have all luggage moved to the porch to make way for cleaning. Arrivals before 3:00PM may leave luggage, but the cottage may not be fully ready for occupancy.

Sunnyside Cottage rental includes daily maid service, excepting Sundays and National Holidays. Cooking, personal laundry and baby sitting may be arranged privately with the housekeeper, Nola Roberts. The groundskeeper’s name is Thomas Roberts. Thomas will arrive periodically to cut the grass and tend to the gardens. All of the conveniences of home, and none of the cares!
